one course, from first sketch to handover
Degré Nord Architectes is an architecture practice based in Chêne-Bourg and a member of the SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects).
We work on new buildings and existing ones alike: a 24-unit condominium development in Gy, the renovation of a listed heritage building for the municipality of Chêne-Bourg, the energy retrofit of a condominium building in Mont-sur-Rolle, or a villa among the vineyards of Valais.
Each commission is handled from start to finish by the same contact person. We work mainly in the canton of Geneva, as well as in the cantons of Vaud and Valais, and are expanding into new regions.

The numbers follow the phases of the SIA 102 regulation. We also accept partial commissions, for example a feasibility study alone, or the building permit and architectural supervision.
